I haven't had any contact with anyone from evernote. I paid for a year subscription. Over$100 and yet when I got into it the one thing I had in my evernote was gone. I need it ! It had all my passwords. So if I can never get it back I want my money back or I will give a horrible review.
I want to cancel my subscription. It comes up for renewal next month. I cannot make contact with Evernote customer service.
They *** promoted 7 day free then immediately charged my debit card $129.99. I go back to login Evernoteand Ever Note tried to charge another 129. 00. I file a complaint with the FTC, the Ga. Attorney General's consumer protection Division.
I called, couldn't speak to anyone, left a message and never heard back.
