I have tried for now the second year to get this account canceled. Their number does not work, and they keep charging me!

I have an email to them canceling it back in January 2025, and now again they are charging me, but now it is 249.99, and last year 169.99. I can't get logged in to cancel it, and there is no way to contact them!

No working phone number to contact them. *** cant get logged in you have NO ACESS to change anything, and there is NO customer service at ALL!

I too have been a more than 11-year paid member and cannot log in because I'm constantly being told to unsync a device and it's attempting to log me in under a whole different account, even though I used my correct credentials! They have no customer service telephone number to contact.

I need my access, and those idiots keep eluding the proper correction steps to fix this! As seen in one of my images, where it says this is where I am Evernote Free; shown in another accompanying image, it clearly states that my yearly membership is due for renewal in September 2025. Yet I haven't been able to access my account for months!

They are thieves! This company has been trash since these new owners took over.

I have an annually paid account, yet when I attempt to log into my account from my Apple electronics, I am told I have to unsync several devices instead of allowing my access! It is so annoying to constantly be responded to using their AI. I need to speak to a live person because I feel this company is stealing my money paid for a membership I am restricted from using!

I can no longer log into my Evernote account after 20 years of loyal use. I used to sign in seamlessly on my smartphone, multiple PCs, and the web.

Then it failed on my phone and laptop; only one desktop at home would work, and now, for the past month, I haven't been able to log in at all on any device. I've contacted Evernote support repeatedly but received no response. I've stored a lifetime of information in my notebooks and depend on Evernote every day. It's disheartening to feel abandoned after two decades of loyalty.

I'm ready to walk away entirely, yet I have a huge amount of data locked inside. How can I resolve this nightmare?

I have been a paid user of Evernote for over 15 years. They just pissed me off again today.

The windows desktop app won't load. It's time to completely switch to OneNote.

Evernote has no customer service. There is no way to contact them.

Someone is using my credit card to purchase from your company. I need information on that person. The credit card company fraud team will assist you.

I have been emailing support for over a month and have received no response since I updated the app. I cannot log in; it keeps asking for a code from an app that I don't have or have ever had.

I have no access to all my files. I can only assume that since my account is free, they don't care.

I tried to ask about the site issue, and they wanted to charge me. I think it's a scam to get credit card information. Avoid.

As I said paid yearly fee and then lost all notes. Not informed my fee was increased and still do not know. Impossible to get a hold of anyone to help me!!!

I had an account with Evernote. Now, I can't find anything.

It's like I never had an account. This was information important to me.

I don't understand. Whey are you billing me $129.99?

As you see, it says $97.49 is due the same date, May 14th. Why is this being billed.

I paid for an annual Evernote Personal account, $129.99. Why am I being restricted to nine notes.

I receive a message each time about changing plans with more options. All of personal information has been deleted.

I've been an Evernote user for nearly a decade. I paid for a one-year subscription but felt that $80 per year was too steep, so I switched back to the free version. Over the past couple of years, Evernote has steadily reduced the features available in the free tier. They limited the number of notes and notebooks to below what I had already created and frequently required me to remove synced devices, eventually allowing access to only one device. For at least a year now, I've been unable to create new notes or notebooks. Today, when I launched the program, I cannot access any of my notes unless I allow them to force me into agreeing to a $129 per year plan to continue and without any prior warning. I'm extremely frustrated with Evernote and now wish to back up and download my years of saved work to close my account. However, Evernote has effectively locked me out. I can't contact them via their support email (support@***.com) because emails bounce back as undeliverable. Additionally, if I try to access support through their website, I'm prompted to disconnect my only remaining device, the very device I need to log in.

In summary, Evernote has engaged in a bait-and-switch tactic. They enticed me to use their service, then gradually reduced the free version's features while raising subscription prices, aiming to pressure me into purchasing an overpriced plan. Now, they've locked me out and are holding my years of work hostage unless I pay their exorbitant fee.

If you have never used it, don't get stuck like I did. If you are using the free version, consider switching before they do this to you.

I just canceled subscription on Paypal. I got a not that Evernote was discontinued.

I want to Fix this. How to do it?

I canceled my subscription the day I was done using it, however the still ended up taking $199.99 out of my account after I canceled the subscription, I'm waiting for a response and will possibly sue if this doesn't get fixed. I WANT A REFUND
