I deleted multiple item's in my app but yet you lock me out saying limit reached and holding me my information hostage unless I pay monthly fee. I was smart enough to move my info to another app before you pulled that crap on me. I don't need you and stick your fee.

new computer and couldn't get evernote to load my notes. Then couldn't get emails to work on phone. Evernote was NOT helpful AT ALL!!!

Worst customer service EVER!!!

You charged (!) me a refundable $5.00. Then later charged me $36.00 (for what?).

I've asked you to remove $41.00 from my checking account.

But it is still there!

Can you please expedite this ASAP?

IF there is going to be a problem doing this, please let me know.

My Evernote app is working ok now. And I appreciate that.

But I shouldn't have to pay for a simple fix.

Thank you in advance for expediting the reversal of these two charges.

I'd rather you do this than having the bank to do it.

I have purchased Evernote Personal Annual (Yearly) subscription dated on 18-Aug-24. Still I am not able to login. Please resolve this issue on high priority.

i canceled my subscription and would like a refund. Since I was not able to connect with customer service I contacted my credit card company and they are working on getting my money refunded.

1.ubable to log in; 2. system demands to "unsync" one of two devices; 3. system demands paid upgrade.

Answer my call. Bad customer service is bad customer service.

I knew there would be a $5.00 refundable fee, and the charge has indeed appeared on my bank statement. However, there is also a $36.00 charge.

What is that? I'm not pleased...

Evernote keep taking over all of my screen using Mac version and cannot recover, so I can use other applications.

I was going to upgrade my subscription to monthly, but I didn't know what I was clicking on was an annual subscription. So, my funds were deducted by IDR 479,400.

I earnestly request your help to disable or change it to a monthly subscription.

Please process my refund. Because of this, I need to pay the rent, or else I'll be kicked out.

Have tried unsuccessfully to cancel my subscriprtion ,to leave a message on their customer service line, and to email the company to cancel my service. Never had this degree of difficulty in corporate communucation.

They updated so you can't get a free version you have to pay yearly for it or monthly, and I don't want to do that All I want to do is get my files off of there and put them in something that's free and says they're going to remain free.

There is a draft on my bank account that I did not authorize and I want this removed! I have called my bank and expect to see my money returned to my account!

I was charged $104.99 through Apple Pay on May 14, 2024, and then the next day, May 15, 2024, I was charged an additional $129.99 by Evernote. Please refund the extra charge of $129.99 immediately to my bank account and send an email to my account explaining the problem and why it happened. I should actually have a year free for all my troubles concerning your company in the future!
